An update to the onCourse enrolment engine was deployed today that now allows companies to be created or selected during the online enrolment process and set as the invoice payer.
By entering the company name and email address a match to an existing contact can be found, or if no match is made a new company record will be created.
In the final payment panel, the user can add a new contact as the payer - either another person or a company. The invoice is then paid for as usual using a credit card or voucher.
This new feature is different to the CorporatePass option which allows pre-approved enrolments on the web to be invoiced to designated companies without payment at the time of enrolment.
For colleges that use the age restriction function for enrolments some minor wording changes were also made including:
* If the person attempting to enrol is too old, the error message displays "The maximum age for this class is xx. [First name] [Last name] is too old to enrol. If you intended to enrol your child, please click "add another student" below."
* If the person attempting to enrol is too young, the error message displays "The minimum age for this class is xx. [First name] [Last name] is too young to enrol."
